This session will take place on Wednesday, November 13 from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm in person only.
Experts can make or break a case. This program focuses on litigation strategy involving expert witnesses: working with experts to add value to your case and aid in litigation strategy, as well as how to turn your opponent’s expert into your own through effective cross-examination.
This TLA special program will be led by David Rudolf, criminal defense and civil rights lawyer featured in Netflix’s hit The Staircase and civil rights and criminal defense lawyer Sonya Pfeiffer. Sonya is also an award-winning journalist who covered the real-life trial behind The Staircase.
