This session will take place on Tuesday, February 27 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM via Zoom Webinar.

This program by Jennifer Egsgar, will touch on risk analysis, pre-mediation conferences, content of mediation briefs, practical considerations for multi-party cases, and the underlying interests of the parties as important things to consider before your mediation.
It will also address mediation advocacy, mediator strategies and styles, and how you can create value for your client at mediation even where no settlement is reached.
