2026 FOLA Lobby Day

Come join us for a full day at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario to engage in vital conversations impacting our communities, bringing together members of the 46 County and District Law Association members with MPPs and government representatives!

Lobby Day provides an invaluable opportunity to discuss issues including bail reform, the Civil Rules reform, and the growing need for lawyers in rural communities as older lawyers retire with no one to replace them.

• Morning: Prep meeting for FOLA members, attending Question Period in the Legislative Chamber
• Afternoon: Buffet lunch (provided) in Room 228, speakers from the various parties, meet with MPPs
• After lunch and throughout the day: One-on-one meetings with MPPs and government representatives
