FOLA Submission: Civil Rules Review Phase 1

On April 5, 2024 FOLA provided comments regarding the Phase 1 Consultation Paper to reform the Rules of Civil Procedure. Phase 1 is complete and the review is currently on Phase 2 (to be completed June 2025).
