FIRE SAFETY COMMISSION (FSC) – PART TIME MEMBERS AND VICE-CHARIS

Under the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, which governs fire safety in Ontario, the FSC adjudicates applications and resolves disputes regarding inspections, orders and decisions for repairs, alterations or installations to be made to a building, structure or premises made by inspectors or the Fire Marshal. Tribunals Ontario is seeking part-time Members and Vice Chairs for the FSC.
